Der Vorstand und das Team von Radio Helsinki unterstützt die Geschäftsführung in ihrer verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe, für die kommende Zeit diese Regelungen bestmöglich durchzusetzen. Wir bitten euch alle, euer Handeln in den Studios den Zielen der Überwindung dieser Pandemie unterzuordnen und die Hausregeln zu respektieren.

RAUMNUTZUNG

 

Nutzung der Räumlichkeiten: NUR für Sendungsproduktion und Schulung!

Sozialer Raum: Der soziale Raum ist geschlossen, die private Nutzung der Computer ist nicht möglich.

Anzahl Personen: Höchstens 3 Personen (+ 1 Angestellte) im gesamten Radio.

Live- und VP-Studios: Maximal 3 Personen im Live-Studio und 1 Person im VP-Studio.

Zutritt: Eingangstür bitte immer hinter euch schließen, nur zum Stoßlüften öffnen. Besucher*innen müssen klingeln.

Anmeldung: Für die Anwesenheit im Funkhaus ist ANMELDUNG verpflichtend, 24 Stunden vorher während der Bürozeiten unter anmeldung@helsinki.at oder telephonisch. Anfragen können am Wochenende nicht bearbeitet werden.

 

 

SENDUNGSMACHENDE UND BESUCHER*INNEN

 

Maskenpflicht: Im Funkhaus gilt Maskenpflicht (bitte eigene mitbringen). Wir empfehlen FFP-2 Masken.

Abstand: Bitte haltet mindestens 2m Abstand.

Lüften: Achtet darauf alle 30 Minuten für 5 Minuten zu lüften.

Händewaschen: Regelmäßiges Händewaschen nicht vergessen.

 

Sanktionen: Das Nichteinhalten der obigen Regeln hat das Einziehen eures Schlüssels zur Folge.

Diese von der Geschäftsführung festgelegten verbindlichen Regeln gehen von dem größtmöglichen und individuell solidarisch achtsamen Verhalten aller Radiomacher*innen aus. Wir legen großes Vertrauen in euch.

 

Bitte beachtet, dass wir als offener Verein auch Gegenstand von unangemeldeten Kontrollen sind. Wir wollen weiterbestehen und keinen Institutionen oder Personen eine Angriffsfläche bieten. Darum bitten wir euch in eurem Interesse als Vereinsmitglieder, die obigen Regelungen miteinander umzusetzen.

Bitte produziert bevorzugt von zu Hause aus. Kommt nur ins Radio, wenn ihr unbedingt auf die Technik dort zurückgreifen müsst, Technik ausleihen wollt oder Fragen klären möchtet, für die ihr vor Ort mit den Technikern und Coaches sprechen müsst.

Der soziale Raum ist geschlossen. Die private Nutzung der Computer ist nicht mehr möglich.

Die Nutzung des sozialen Raums ist ab sofort nicht mehr möglich. Wir bitten euch die Computer nur für Schnitt und Sendungsproduktion zu nutzen, wenn ihr Zuhause nicht die Mittel habt. Bitte kommt nicht ins Radio um privat zu surfen.

 

Höchstens 3 Personen in den allgemeinen Bereichen und verpflichtende Anmeldung

Jeden Tag wird zu den Bürozeiten eine Person aus dem Team im Radio sein und ist auch Ansprechperson für euch.

 

Zusätzlich können sich 3 weitere Personen in den Räumlichkeiten aufhalten. Für euren Aufenthalt ist eine Anmeldung verpflichtend. Bitte schreibt im Vorraus, spätestens 24h vor eurem geplanten Aufenthalt an anmeldung@helsinki.at wann und zu wievielt ihr welche Räumlichkeit nutzen möchtet. Anfragen die am Wochenende eingehen, können wir leider erst am Montag bearbeiten.

 

Bitte habt Verständnis, wenn andere Menschen sich bereits angemeldet haben und euer Aufenthalt nicht möglich ist. Bitte meldet euch nur an, wenn ihr für eure Sendungsproduktion keine andere Möglichkeit seht als das Funkhaus zu nutzen.

 

Diese Regel gilt laut Verordnung ausdrücklich NICHT für Angestellte (das betrifft z.B. auch auf Honorarbasis Arbeitende sowie Praktikant*innen). Auch sind Funktionär*innen-Treffen, d.h. zB Vorstandstreffen nicht von jener Regel betroffen.

 

Verpflichtender Schutz

Bitte verteilt Euch gleichmäßig und achtet auf FFP-2 Maske, mindestens 2m Abstand, regelmäßiges Lüften (alle 30 Minuten für 5 Minuten) und Händewaschen. Bitte nehmt Eure Masken selbst mit ins Radio.

In den gesamten Räumlichkeiten gilt Mund-Nasen-Schutz-Pflicht. Sinn der Mund-Nasen-Schutz-Aktion soll es bleiben, zu verhindern, dass viele kleine Viren in den Aerosolen in der Raumluft verteilt werden und damit die Ansteckungsgefahr für andere sinkt. Es ist außerdem ein Abstand zu anderen von mind. 1m zu halten. Diese Vorgaben sind nun gesetzlich verpflichtet. Bitte achtet darauf, euren Arbeitsplatz, also Tastaturen, Maus, Tischplatte nach Benutzung mit den von uns bereitgestellten Reinigungstüchern zu säubern und helft so, Schmierinfektionen vorzubeugen.

 

Lüftung

Bitte versucht alle 30 Minuten die Räumlichkeiten für 5 Minuten stoßzulüften, um die Infektionsgefahr zu verringern.

 

Maximale Personenzahl in den Studios

Wir bitten euch unbedingt zu beachten, dass weiterhin höchstens 3 (drei) Personen im Live-Studio sind. Das VP-Studio kann zur Zeit nur alleine genutzt werden. Lasst es bitte zu einer Routine werden, bei Co-Sendungsmacher*innen und Gästen immer nachzufragen und sich an den Bedürfnissen aller Beteiligten und vor allem der Vorsichtigsten zu orientieren. Haltet weiterhin 20 cm Abstand zum Mikro und wischt es sanft ab nach der Nutzung. Das hilft dem Klang und Euch. Verwendet eine Maske auch in den Studios und setzt sie nach dem Einsprechen wieder auf.

 

Sauberkeit

Bitte achtet darauf, euren Arbeitsplatz, also Tastaturen, Maus, Tischplatte nach Benutzung mit den von uns bereitgestellten Reinigungstüchern zu säubern und helft so, Schmierinfektionen vorzubeugen.

 

Sanktionen

Nichteinhalten der obigen Regeln hat das Einziehen eures Schlüssels zur Folge. Bitte habt Verständnis dafür, dass wir den Betrieb unbedingt aufrecht erhalten und uns untereinander so gut wie möglich vor Infektionen schützen wollen. Dazu müssen wir zusammenhalten und vertrauensvoll handeln. Wenn Einzelne die obigen Regelungen missachten und dadurch unserem Verein schaden, behalten wir uns vor, euch bei Nicht-Respektieren der Maßnahmen den Schlüssel und Zugang zum Funkhaus zu entziehen.

Recent regulations issued by the Federal Government make it necessary to send out further mailings so quickly. First of all: reading the whole following mail is obligatory for you, if you want to use the Funkhaus in the coming weeks.

 

The board and the team of Radio Helsinki support the management in their responsible task to enforce these regulations in the best possible way for the coming period. We ask you all to subordinate your actions in the studios to the goals of overcoming this pandemic situation and to respect the rules of the NGO.

Use of the premises ONLY for programme production and training!

Social room: The social room is closed, private use of the computers is not possible.

Number of persons: Maximum 3 persons (+ 1 employee) in the whole radio.

 

Registration: For the presence in the Radio House, REGISTRATION is obligatory, 24 hours in advance during office hours at anmeldung@helsinki.at or by telephone. Enquiries cannot be processed at the weekend.

 

Live- and VP-Studios: Maximum 3 persons in the Live-Studio and 1 person in the VP-Studio.

Obligatory protection: Please distribute yourself evenly and pay attention to your FFP-2 mask (please bring your own), at least 2m distance, regular airing (every 30 minutes for 5 minutes) and washing your hands. Obligatory for all programme makers* and visitors* in all rooms.

Access: Please always close the entrance door behind you, only open it for ventilation. Visitors* must ring the bell.

Sanctions: Failure to comply with the above rules will result in the confiscation of your key.

 

These binding rules laid down by the management are based on the greatest possible and individually respectful behaviour of all radio broadcasters. We place great trust in you.

Details for your understanding

 

Use of the premises ONLY for programme production and training!

Please produce preferably from home. Only come to the radio if you absolutely need to use the technology there, want to borrow equipment or clarify questions for which you have to talk to the technicians and coaches on site.

The social space is closed. Private use of the computers is no longer possible.

The use of the social space is no longer possible with immediate effect. We ask you to use the computers only for editing and programme production if you do not have the means at home. Please do not come to the radio for private surfing.

 

 

Maximum 3 persons in the general areas and obligatory registration

Every day during office hours one person from the team will be on the radio and will also be your contact person.

In addition, 3 more people can be present in the office. For your stay a registration is obligatory. Please write in advance, at least 24 hours before your planned stay to anmeldung@helsinki.at when and how many people you want to use which rooms. Requests received on the weekend can only be processed on Monday.

 

Please understand if other people have already registered and your stay is not possible. Please only register if you see no other possibility for your programme production than to use the Funkhaus.

 

According to the regulation, this rule explicitly does NOT apply to employees (this also applies, for example, to those working on a fee basis and interns). Also, meetings of functionaries, i.e. meetings of the board of directors are not affected by this rule.

Mandatory protection

Please distribute yourself evenly and pay attention to FFP-2 mask, at least 2m distance, regular airing (every 30 minutes for 5 minutes) and hand washing. Please bring your own masks to the radio.

 

Mouth and nose protection is provided in the entire premises. The purpose of the mouth-and-nose protection campaign is to prevent many small viruses in the aerosols in the room air from being spread and thus increasing the risk of infection for others. In addition, a distance of at least 1m should be kept from others. These requirements are now required by law. Please take care to keep your workplace, i.e. keyboards, mouse.Clean the table top after use with the cleaning cloths we provide, thus helping to prevent smear infections. We ask you to keep a safe distance, wear masks and wash your hands regularly. Please also pay attention to the handouts on the tabletop, especially in the studio after leaving the premises.

 

 

Ventilation

Please try to air the premises for 5 minutes every 30 minutes to reduce the risk of infection.

 

 

Maximum number of people in the studios

Please note that there will still be a maximum of 3 (three) people in the Live-Studio and only one of you will use VP-Studio. Please make it a routine to always check with co-sending-makers* and guests and to be guided by the needs of all participants and especially the most cautious. Keep a distance of 20 cm to the microphone and wipe it gently after use. This helps the sound and you. Also use a mask in the studios and put it on again after speaking if necessary.

Cleanliness

Please make sure to clean your workplace, i.e. keyboards, mouse, table top after use with the cleaning cloths we provide and thus help to prevent smear infections.

 

 

Sanctions

Failure to comply with the above rules will result in the confiscation of your key. Please understand that we want to keep the business running at all costs and protect each other as much as possible from infections. For this we must stick together and act in confidence. If individuals disregard the above rules and thereby harm our association, we reserve the right to withdraw your key and access to the broadcasting centre until 6th December 2020 if the measures are not respected.
