Secon Hand Zagreb
Sendetermin 22.03.2023 10:00 bis 11:00In this episode, the Radio Student team talked about second hand and fast fashion. Sara P spoke with Nidžara Mustafić about her second hand shop Mango Sticky Rice. Mustafić spoke about the importance of sustainable fashion and told us the principles by which she procures clothes. She also told us which generations shop most often in second-hand stores and explained how difficult it is to do this type of work in Croatia. Finally, she explained the ways in which sustainable fashion and ethics in fashion could be brought closer to people. Ivan, Sara S and Sara P talked about where they buy second hand clothes, what motivates them to this more sustainable way of buying and what are the advantages and disadvantages of second hand for the environment, finances and whether second hand shops are accessible to everyone. These questions were answered by a couple of interlocutors who shared their experiences with us.

A weekly series of podcasts actively addressing the environmental crisis from the local perspective of youth collaborating at the independent radio stations Radio MARŠ (Maribor, Slovenia), Radio Student (Zagreb, Croatia) and Radio Helsinki (Graz, Austria).
An international community of young radio makers and activists working for climate and social justice using the medium of radio to adress questions such as:
- How do youth in Maribor, Zagreb and Graz percieve littering?
- What are activists of climate and social justice saying about their voice being heard by local municipality of those cities?
- What do experts have to say about sustainable urban planning in Zagreb, Maribor and Graz?
Tune in the first three weeks of each month and listen to researches, interviews and reports from young podcast makers from those three radio stations. Every four months we will present you an international podcasts done by meeting of youth collaborators of all three radios opening the field together.

Eine wöchentliche Podcast-Reihe, die sich aktiv mit der Umweltkrise aus der lokalen Perspektive von Jugendlichen auseinandersetzt, die bei den unabhängigen Radiosendern Radio MARŠ (Maribor, Slowenien), Radio Student (Zagreb, Kroatien) und Radio Helsinki (Graz, Österreich) zusammenarbeiten.
Eine internationale Gemeinschaft junger RadiomacherInnen und AktivistInnen, die sich für Klimaschutz und soziale Gerechtigkeit einsetzen und das Medium Radio nutzen, um Fragen wie diese zu beantworten:

Schalten Sie in den ersten drei Wochen eines jeden Monats ein und hören Sie sich Recherchen, Interviews und Berichte von jungen Podcast-Machern aus diesen drei Radiosendern an. Alle vier Monate werden wir dir einen internationalen Podcast präsentieren, der durch ein Treffen von jugendlichen MitarbeiterInnen aller drei Radios gemacht wird, die gemeinsam das Feld eröffnen.
